VIBRANT SQUARE
VAUGHAN, ONTARIO
 
62,000 Sq.Ft. Office/Retail Development
Status: Approved

The Vibrant Square mixed Commercial-Office development, scheduled for completion in late 2015, recieved full planning approvals in Summer 2014. 

 

A complex Site Plan Approval process involved Committee of Adjustment approval for a reduction in overall parking from 529 to 231 parking spaces, as well as reduced setback requirements to permit the proposed development.

SOUTH AURORA
AURORA, ONTARIO
 
195 Draft-Approved Residential Units
Status: Draft Approved

A complex project involving a number of stakeholders on Yonge Street in Aurora, this project consists of 195 cluster residentail units on the Oak Ridges Moraine.

 

Approvals for this project have resulted in a new Secondary Plan, Zoning By-law policies, and a Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision.

 

KINGSVIEW MANORS
KING CITY, ONTARIO
 
67 Luxury Detached Residential Units
Status: Draft Approved 

The Kingsview Manors project in the Township of King  is minutes from Highway 400 and in close proximity to GO Transit and all that KIng City has to offer. The development consists of 67 detached homes and is currently under construction. 

 

Brutto Consulting has been involved with all approvals related to this project including the Block Plan Approval for the North West Quadrant of King City, new Zoning By-Law policies, and Approval of the Draft Plan of Subdivision.

VICTORIA HARBOUR
 
82 Luxury Townhomes on Georgian Bay
Status: Completed
 

Working with one of the GTA's leading luxury home builders, Wycliffe Homes, Brutto Consulting provided approvals for a new Zoning By-law for this Cape Cod style development on the shores of Georgian Bay.  

Adjacent Queens Cove Marina, and the Trans Canada Walking Trail, this development was designed to fit seamlessly with the surrounding community.
